How do I book an appointment?
Booking your appointment with us is easy! You can use our convenient online booking platform by following this link [Book Now]. If you have any questions or special requests, feel free to email us at info@fikabeauty.ca.
We recommend pre-booking to secure your preferred stylist or aesthetician. Appointments are confirmed with a credit card, which is only charged for requests to cash out at the end of service or for last-minute cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows. Not sure who to book with? Our front desk team can help match you with the right fit.
What if I need to Reschedule or Cancel my appointment?
We understand that life happens and plans may change. To help us accommodate all our guests and respect our team's time, we kindly ask for 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If changes are made within this window, a 50% fee will apply. No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
We want to remind our guests that our service providers work on commission, so a last-minute change to your schedule is also a last-minute change to their paycheck. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
What is your Return Policy?
At Fika Beauty, we’re committed to providing top-quality products for your beauty routine. All products are final sale, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used items due to health and safety regulations. This policy helps us maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards for all customers. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our team. What if I am running late?
We understand that things happen, and sometimes you may run late. We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, but we kindly ask that you notify us if you’re running behind. Please note, if you arrive late, your service may be adjusted to fit the remaining time. This helps us stay on schedule and respect our next guest’s time. Thank you for your understanding.
Is your studio accessible?
At Fika Beauty, we are committed to ensuring everyone can enjoy our services. Our salon is wheelchair accessible, and we have accessible restrooms for your convenience. If you have any specific accessibility needs or require assistance during your visit, please let us know. We’re here to help and ensure you have a comfortable and welcoming experience.
What if I am unhappy with my service?
At Fika Beauty, we want you to leave feeling #fikafresh. If you have any concerns about your service, please reach out within 10 days, and we’ll provide a complimentary touch-up or fix. Your satisfaction is our priority, and your feedback helps us continue to improve.
What is our GiftCard Policy?
Give the gift of beauty with a Fika Beauty gift card! Available in $20, $50, $100, $150, and $200 denominations, they can be used for any service or product. Please note, gift cards are final sale and must be mentioned when booking. Fika Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. What payment methods do you accept?
At Fika Beauty, we offer a range of payment options for your convenience, including cash, debit, all major credit cards, and e-transfers. Your appointment is confirmed with a credit card, which can also be used for contactless payment at the end of your service. If you have any special payment requests, please let us know—we’re here to make your visit as easy and stress-free as possible.
What if I have Allergies?
At Fika Beauty, your health and safety are our top priorities. If you have any allergies or sensitivities to products or ingredients, please let us know before your appointment. We use high-quality products like Oligo Professional, Alcove, DesignME, Nugenisis, OPI, and Biochic, known for their performance and gentle formulations. If you have any questions or concerns, our team is here to help.
