How do I book an appointment?

Booking your appointment with us is easy! You can use our convenient online booking platform by following this link [Book Now]. If you have any questions or special requests, feel free to email us at info@fikabeauty.ca. We recommend pre-booking your appointments, especially if you have a preferred stylist or aesthetician, to ensure you secure a spot in their schedule. This helps avoid any disappointment later on. Our appointments are confirmed with a credit card, which will only be charged in two instances: if you request us to use your card on file to cash out at the end of your service, or if you are charged a last-minute rescheduling, cancellation, or no-show fee. If you're unsure about who to book with, our front desk team can help match you with the perfect fit based on your needs and preferences.

What if I need to Reschedule or Cancel my appointment?

We understand that life can sometimes get hectic, and plans may need to change. To ensure that we can accommodate all our guests and respect our team's time, we kindly ask for a 48-hour notice for any rescheduling or cancellation needs. If you do need to make a change within the 48-hour window, it will be considered a last-minute cancellation, and a fee of 50% of your appointment will be charged. For no-show appointments, the full appointment fee will be charged. We want to remind our guests that our service providers work on commission, so a last-minute change to your schedule is also a last-minute change to their paycheck. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

What is your Return Policy?

At Fika Beauty, we strive to provide you with the best products to enhance your beauty routine. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that all products sold are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on used products due to health and safety regulations. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, as it allows us to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality for all our customers. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team for assistance. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

What if I am running late?

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can cause you to run late. We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, but we kindly ask that you give us a heads-up if you are running behind. Please note that arriving late may result in customizing your service to fit the remaining time allotted. This policy is necessary to ensure that our team can stay on schedule and accommodate our next guest in a timely fashion. Thank you for your understanding.

Is your studio accessible?

At Fika Beauty, we strive to ensure that everyone can enjoy our services. Our salon is wheelchair accessible, we also have accessible restrooms for your convenience. If you have any specific accessibility needs or require assistance during your visit, please let us know, and our team will be more than happy to assist you. Your comfort and satisfaction are important to us, and we are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all our guests.

What if I am unhappy with my service?

At Fika Beauty, our goal is to ensure that all our clients leave feeling #fikafresh. If you have any concerns about the services you've received, please let us know as soon as possible. We have a 10-day policy for complimentary touch-ups and fixes, and we'll do everything we can to make it right for you. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services for you and future guest

What is our GiftCard Policy?

Give the gift of beauty with Fika Beauty gift cards! Our gift cards are available in denominations of $20, $50, $100, $150, and $200, making them the perfect way to treat your loved ones to a pampering experience at our salon. They can be used towards any of our services or products. Please note that sales are final on gift cards and must be mentioned when booking for a service. Fika Beauty will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced gift cards. Whether it's a birthday, anniversary, or just to say thank you, a Fika Beauty gift card is always a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. Treat someone special today!

What payment methods do you accept?

At Fika Beauty, we offer a variety of convenient payment options to make your experience as seamless as possible. We accept cash, debit, and all major credit cards. Additionally, we can accept e-transfers for your convenience. Your appointment is confirmed by credit card, which can also be charged at the end of your service for a contactless payment process if preferred. We want to make your visit as easy and stress-free as possible, so please let us know if you have any special payment requests or preferences.

What if I have Allergies?

At Fika Beauty, your health and safety are our top priorities. If you have any allergies or sensitivities to products or ingredients, please let us know before your appointment. We are committed to providing a safe and comfortable experience for all our clients and will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team.

We are proud to use high-quality products. For hair, we use Maria Nila, Oligo Professional, Alcove, and DesignME products, known for their performance and gentle formulations. For nails, we trust Nugenisis, OPI, and Biochic.

All contact information and credit card information are processed through the Fresha app, which has its own privacy policy and security measures in place.

We may collect certain information from you, such as your name, contact information, and appointment history. This information is used to provide you with our services, communicate with you about your appointments, and improve our offerings.

We may also use your information for marketing purposes, such as sending you promotional materials or special offers. However, we will always give you the option to opt out of receiving these communications.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
